HOW  DO YOU MOVE FROM POINT A TO B?

Make My Trip Count is a regional transportation survey designed to understand how people in the Pittsburgh region get to work. The survey measures what modes of transportation you take, such as a personal vehicle or bike, light rail, or bus, in addition to ridesharing (such as Uber and Lyft), electric vehicles, and bike share, and what obstacles you face along the way. Respondents have the opportunity to directly influence policies affecting their daily lives, and previous versions have already shaped regional transportation projects like the Bus Rapid Transit expansion. The 2018 survey has closed, with results anticipated in 2019.

WHY SHOULD I MAKE MY TRIP COUNT?

Make My Trip Count provides an incredibly rich data set to the most important decision makers in the region. By sharing your transportation needs and challenges, you can directly influence how the Pittsburgh region spends its mobility dollars, from bus routes and frequencies to bike lanes and electric vehicle charging stations. With roads that match what all users need, you’re supporting healthy communities, happy residents, and ultimately a more prosperous future for everyone. The survey is now closed, but there will be continued opportunities for collaboration.
